THE PROJECT
Medications Management solutions for the
Australian hospital market is designed to replace paper-based medications management systems with electronic medications management, to reduce medication errors in hospitals, and significantly improve patient safety and the quality use of medicines. The purpose of the module is to cover the hospital medication cycle, including:
• medication reconciliation on admission, transfer, and discharge for both inpatient and discharge prescribing
• integration with hospital pharmacy solutions for the dispensing of medication orders, and
• the administration of medications.

OBJECTIVES
