INTRO

I am a creative UX / Service designer with over 8 years of work experience with reputable organisations in Europe and in Australia. I have a passion for human centred digital solutions that improve people's lives especially in health care, where service delivery will be even more dependent on IT solutions and innovations in the future.

UX DESIGN

I enjoy the challenge of taking on complex problems and have a passion for human centred digital solutions that improve people's lives. My expertise lies in a holistic, user-centric approach from research to design, enhancing services that simplify a complex problem, and create products that have a positive impact on end users' life.  

UX RESEARCH

A Master's degree in Social Anthropology and extensive experience in conducting research enables me to provide insights and understanding into the perspectives and behaviour of the users  through qualitative and quantitative methods.

InnoWell delivers digital health solutions to promote mental fitness and ensure that people receive the right care at the right time to support their mental health and wellbeing.

EMPLOYERS MUTUAL

Digital solutions for managing workers insurance and injured workers compensation claims in Australia, focusing on improved product, servicing of claims managers and customer satisfaction. 

NAB

Research and design solutions on how to leverage the existing services through the overall Health Practitioner strategy, focused on designing the best customer experience.

INSIGHT

Data  visualisation solutions for sales performance optimisation. The Insight  Refresh  project was part of
a larger stream  of work ( within Ticketek ) : Reporting, Analytics
and Business Intelligence.

MYOB

Replacing the desktop accounting software with adaptive cloud based design solutions,  turning the process of lodging tax forms easy and intuitive  for AU and New Zealand small business owners.

TICKETEK

Introducing interactive seatmaps, which enhances the customer experience by eliminating the installation of plug-ins & providing for cross platform support.

AUSTRALIAN OPEN

Australian Open Fan Marketplace is powered by Ticketek to ensure all tickets are verified before being listed. By linking to the original ticket transaction, seller gets a direct refund and new tickets and barcodes are issued to the buyer. 

OPEN COLLEGES

Open Colleges website re-design introducing micro-sites to offer a seamless, customised and intuitive user-experience for future students to choose from over 150 online courses. 

EUROPEAN COMMISSION

Re-design of an old transactional information system allowing for the execution and monitoring of all budgetary and accounting operations by the European Commission.
